Adults: 5mL 3 times per day.
Take in warm water 20-30 minutes before meals.
Additional Dosage Information: 1 teaspoon = 5mL

If you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face and/or feet), or are taking products containing diuretics, do not use. Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Laxative effect may occur. Discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, nausea, fever, or vomiting. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heartbeat and/or difficulty breathing.
