Each 1.25ml of ConcenTrace Concentrated desalinated Inland Sea water provides elemental Magnesium (Chloride) 125mg, and less than 5.5mg sodium.
Contains no added gluten, nuts, eggs, animal products, dairy products, fish or shellfish, soy, corn, starch, wheat or yeast.

Adults: 1/16 – 1/4 teaspoon ( 5 to 20 drops), 1 – 3 time(s) per day.
DO NOT DRINK STRAIGHT, dilute 1/16 – 1/4 teaspoon with a glass of water or any beverage or food and consume gradually.
To help prevent magnesium deficiency add 1/4 teaspoon to a glass of water 4 times a day.
Cautions & Warnings
Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. Keep out of the reach of children. Store at room temperature, with lid tightly closed. Some people may experience diarrhea when taking over 5/8 teaspoon (50 drops) a day.
